Next Job Abroad is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Danish Speaking Bank Customer Service Representative based in Malta. We are seeking candidates who possess a strong background in sales and a dedication to providing high-quality customer service. In this capacity, the selected individual will manage customer inquiries and assist them with a variety of banking services while effectively promoting our financial products. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking services and products in both Danish and English.
• Utilize sales skills to accurately assess customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Assist clients with account openings, transactions, and general banking inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed established company sales objectives.
• Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions with precision in our database.
• Stay informed regarding banking products, services, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• A minimum of one year experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the banking or sales sector.
• Demonstrated success in sales with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities.
• Familiarity with banking software and customer relationship management systems is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new cultural experience.
