Position Summary
e.l.f. Cosmetics is seeking a Summer Intern, Graphic Design to support our Visual Merchandising and Design team in creating retail displays and in-store graphics that shoppers see in real life. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you’ll help bring seasonal moments and promotional ideas to life while supporting fast-moving retail projects. You’ll gain exposure to real design workflows, tight timelines, and how creative turns into physical retail experiences.
Responsibilities:
Support the Visual Merchandising and Design team with the creation of retail displays and in-store graphicsAssist with design production tasks for seasonal resets and promotional projectsOrganize creative files, assets, and documentation to keep projects running smoothlyHelp move design projects forward under tight timelines and multiple deadlinesCollaborate with team members to support execution from concept through in-store rollout
Requirements:
Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internshipMust be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28thAvailable for in-office work at least three days per weekBasic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and AcrobatFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, especially for tracking and communicationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood time management with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlinesClear communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindsetInterest in design, retail, and how creative shows up in real-world spaces
