We're seeking a Software/Infrastructure Engineer to develop Kubernetes (K8s) operators for core data services (e.g., databases, message brokers). Your focus will be on automating deployments, optimizing maintenance, and enhancing data technology management across our hybrid cloud environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain K8s operators for data technologies (databases, streaming platforms).
  • Automate deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management of data services.
  • Collaborate on deployment strategies with DevOps and Infrastructure teams.
  • Document processes and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Skills: Strong Golang, K8s, Helm charts, RDBMS/NoSQL, DevOps basics, CI/CD.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or similar.
  • Languages: Proficient English (C1 level).

Preferred Skills: Advanced K8s, cloud experience (GCP, AWS, Azure), Big Data tech knowledge (e.g., Kafka, Spark), GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), and German (optional).
