Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding cloud services, products, and support via phone, email, and live chat in German.
  • Assist customers with account setup, service troubleshooting, and feature usage.
  • Provide information on cloud solutions tailored to customer needs and business requirements.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and assist in maintaining service records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cloud technology to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or cloud services sector.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
