Key Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure comprehensive support.

• Stay informed about service offerings, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector, is preferred.
