What will be your mission?
As Beauty Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for creating a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere while providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our valued guests.

What will you do?
- Prepare and check all equipment, products, and tools required for treatments;
- Perform beauty treatments and facial and body massages, in accordance with SPA protocols;
- Ensure proper hygiene and sterilisation of all instruments used;
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and common SPA areas;
- Interact with clients in a professional and personalised manner;
- Review daily bookings and prepare the necessary materials accordingly;
- Report any comments, complaints, or needs to the supervisor or Spa Manager;
- Stay informed about ongoing events taking place at the hotel.
What are we looking for?
- Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist or wellness related field.
- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Esthetics, or a related field (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or similar).
- Proficient knowledge of various spa therapies, techniques, and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse guests and provide personalized treatments.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a spa environment.
- Commitment to always maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance.
