What will be your mission?

As a Wellness Consultant (M/F), you will be responsible for provide professional consultations to guests across multiple wellness disciplines, Nutrition, Yoga, Meditation, Fitness, and Holistic Health Therapies. You will design, recommend, and oversee personalized wellness and recreation programs for guests and Members based on their goals and needs. Manage, mentor, and train the team to ensure excellent service standards and guest satisfaction. Actively contribute ideas and initiatives for sales, marketing, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and client engagement. Act as a wellness ambassador for the brand, representing the company at events, workshops, and community initiatives.

What will you do?

• Our Wellness & Fitness Consultant must have the ability to effectively supervise staff and contractors as well as oversee fitness, recreation programming and assist in the creation of wellness experiences for our membership and resort guests.
• Have an outgoing personality and will be able to manage and motivate others, as well as have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• English / Portuguese language skills
• Supervise, coordinate and maintain high levels of service in the Tivoli Shape Activities Center by monitoring the proper sequence of service in conjunction with the Tivoli Shape and Tivoli Spa staff members and other staff and contractors.
• Develop programs, classes and events to enhance the Tivoli Shape Activity Center experience
• Time divided between all responsibilities of Supervision as well as personal training and one on one programs with members. Develop and maintain a personal book of business along with Activities Center oversight.

What are we looking for?

• Availability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays when required.
• Additional professional fitness teaching certifications preferred including personal training, recognized therapy qualifications, water aerobics, Zumba, Thai boxing, yoga, and/or pilates,nutrition.
• Responsible for creating monthly schedules, staffing classes, and budgeting.
• Must have excellent communications and customer service skills.
• Prior experience as a Sport's Technical Manager in hospitality, luxury resort and/or Fitness club preferred.
• Licenses, certifications, education in the fitness field and/or recognized therapy qualifications preferred.
• Technical Sports Diretor (DT) title
• Availability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays when necessary
