Position Overview:
The Director of Revenue Development plays a central role in driving Making Opportunity Count’s long-term financial sustainability by leading a comprehensive revenue strategy that integrates fundraising, grant development, and innovative revenue initiatives. This position is responsible for both shaping strategy and executing the work; designing and carrying out initiatives to increase, diversify, and sustain revenue streams across philanthropic, government, and private funding sources.
The Director will balance big picture thinking with hands on execution, working in close collaboration with the CAO and supported by the Advancement Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Data & Evaluation teams. This role is also charged with leveraging innovation and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve systems, reduce manual lift, and create new efficiencies in revenue development.

Compensation:
A salary within the range of $88,800 to $133,200 annually will be provided to the successful candidate having met the minimum requirements for the position consistent with the MOC compensation philosophy.
