The Replacement Window and Door Installation Subcontractor position with Next Door & Window in Burr Ridge, IL, offers a unique opportunity to partner with Costco Warehouses and Marvin Windows. The ideal Installation Subcontractor will lead a two-man crew or larger, showcasing a proven track record of delivering top-notch craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Executing window and door installations with meticulous attention to detail
• Effectively communicating with the main office to relay job updates and information
• Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborating with team members to problem-solve and ensure seamless installations
• Taking initiative to resolve job site challenges and deliver high-quality results
• Maintaining availability for a minimum of 3 days a week (Monday-Saturday)
• Delivering competitive labor rates for exceptional work performed

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in window and door installation
• High level of technical problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities 
• Ability to work in a team environment, resolve issues, and support fellow crew members

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous work references
• Ownership of truck/van/trailer and required tools
• Certificate of Insurance with the following coverage minimums:
• General Liability 
• $2 million aggregate
• $2 million products & completed operations 
• $1 million per occurrence
• $1 million personal advertising injury 
• Automobile liability - $1 million combined single limit 
• Workman's Compensation- $500k-$500k-$500k
• Umbrella or Excess Liability- $5 million
• Certified Lead Renovator Certificate
