POSITION SUMMARY
The Department of Psychological Sciences at Benedictine College invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the assistant or associate professor rank to begin August 2026. Review of applications will begin October 6, 2025, and continue until the position is filled.
The beautiful campus of Benedictine College is situated in picturesque Atchison, KS on the bluffs above the Missouri River. Atchison is within an hour of major cities such as Kansas City, Saint Joseph, Lawrence and Topeka as well as 35 minutes from the Kansas City International Airport.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Candidates are expected to teach General Psychology, Research & Statistics in Psychology, and Research Seminar, and courses aligned with the faculty member’s area of interest. Preference will be given to candidates who are prepared to teach Biopsychology and/or Psychology of Learning, and who are committed to teaching excellence and engaging undergraduate students in research.
