Job requirements
We are seeking an experienced Integration Developer to build and deliver the integration / middleware tier (“CB2B”) that connects an enterprise GenAI assistant platform (the “Business Application”) with Salesforce Service Cloud. Working under the Integration Architect, you will design, build, and test REST and event-driven integrations on IBM webMethods — exposing Salesforce case data to the assistant and routing AI-generated responses back into Salesforce, with strong attention to security, reliability, and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement integration solutions utilizing Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, and Azure App Service to enable seamless business-to-business connectivity 2. Develop, configure, and maintain secure APIs and service endpoints, ensuring high availability and data integrity for B2B integrations 3. Optimize Azure PaaS services for scalability, performance, and reliability, measuring improvements through system metrics and user feedback 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable Azure-based architectures 5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure networking, authentication, and data flow, documenting root causes and solutions for future reference 6. Configure and manage Azure SQL databases to support integration workflows and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval 7. Implement security standards by integrating Azure Active Directory for authentication and authorization, maintaining compliance with organizational policies 8. Monitor and analyze system performance using Azure Monitor and Application Insights, proactively identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement Required Skills: 1. Azure API Management 2. Azure Logic Apps 3. Azure App Service deployment and management 4. Azure PaaS services 5. Azure Networking concepts 6. Azure SQL database integration 7. Azure Active Directory configuration 8. RESTful API development and management 9. Troubleshooting Azure-based integration solutions Preferred Skills: 1. Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines 2. PowerShell or Azure CLI for automation 3. ARM templates for infrastructure provisioning 4. Hybrid cloud integration scenarios 5. Monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor or Application Insights 6. Knowledge of cloud security frameworks relevant to Azure Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field with coursework in cloud integration and architecture 2. Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate 3. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
