JW Construction LLC, based in Petaluma, is looking for an experienced carpenter foreman. We are a small but growing business looking for a new team member willing to work through all aspects of construction and uphold our quality standards.

Our jobs are located in Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties. We currently do a mixture of repairs and remodels. We are growing into new construction.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience minimum.
• Must be able to read plans.
• Must be able to frame houses and windows.
• Can run, handle, and complete work tasks alone and on time.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Have your own hand tools. We will provide chop saws and table saws to the job site.
• Ability to do physical labor and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must have a good professional attitude.

Pay: $40-50 an hour depending on experience
