Treasury Associate na Rising Medical Solutions

Description

The Treasury Associate is responsible for maintaining daily tracking and funding requirements for all Rising Medical Solutions' Clients, oversees third-party provider payments and refunds, and support various reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

·         Manage daily client funding confirmation reports

·         Address cash funding requirements through Rising Medical’s banking partners and client held accounts.

·         Track and manage all Rising Provider Payment accounts for timely payment, transfers of funding for third-party payments and Rising’s fees, and proper application of payments.

·         Collaborate with Rising’s Partner and Provider Support team to manage the Provider Check Refund process regularly.

·         Oversee Voided and Expired Draft notifications and resolve timely

·         Responsible for the application of all transactions related to Ancillary Services

·         Responsible for the application of all MSA Member Accounts

·         Interface with Corporate Accounting team, Account Managers and Clients as needed

·         Assist Accounting Staff with ad-hoc duties & projects

Requirements

Education/Training

·         BS in Accounting or equivalent related field experience

Experience

·         Previous knowledge of medical claims processing helpful

·         Knowledge of third-party payment processors

·         Experience with ACH and EFT Bank transactions and processing

·         Ability to oversee day-to-day cash positions and bank balances

·         Post General Ledger entries and reconcile supplementary reports for cash transactions
