Your role is vital in ensuring our clients have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, reflecting the high standards of Universal Travel Concierge. This position requires reliability, discretion, and a strong work ethic to deliver outstanding service that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of client residences, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated spaces.
• Ensure all areas are orderly, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
• Launder linens, towels, and client clothing as required.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy at all times.
• Follow health and safety regulations in all cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to meet client needs efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a housekeeper in a luxury or hospitality environment preferred.
