Key Responsibilities：
Manage daily administrative operations for the Singapore office, including office environment maintenance, office supplies procurement, asset management, and vendor management;
Support overseas project operations, including the spare parts/materials procurement, logistics, and warehouse management, as well as organise and archive contracts and invoices;
Coordinate client reception, employee travel arrangements, and team-building activities support; assist with employee onboarding/offboarding procedures and personnel file management; handle work permit (EP/S Pass/Work Permit) applications, renewals, and compliance;
Assist headquarters with local document submissions and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements：
At least 2 years of relevant administrative or HR work experience in Singapore; diploma or above; preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken;
Detail-oriented, well-organised, with strong confidentiality awareness and cross-cultural communication skills;
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and proactively identify and solve problems;
Nice to have: familiarity with local labour laws and employment practices; familiarity with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) policies and hands-on experience in work pass applications; knowledge of CPF and personal income tax filing procedures.
