About the Position

Exhava Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. We provide exceptional one-on-one, in-home care to our clients, and we're looking for caregivers who are dependable, caring, and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Help with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met.
• Assist with mobility and provide safe transportation when needed.
• Document care activities and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Requirements

• Previous caregiver experience or experience in a similar role preferred.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
• Recent TB test results or chest X-ray documentation.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.).
