About the Role:

Development work usually makes people feel better without making them better. This role exists to ask, “What can our best people do now that they couldn't six months ago?” You'll be accountable to that question and expected to show your work.
This is a senior IC role, with company-wide ownership, reporting to the Head of People Partners.

This is a hybrid role in either New York City or San Francisco. Employees work in office at least 2 days a week. Many people come in more often.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role consists of a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity package. The base salary for this role starts at $160K+ annually but actual will vary based on a number of factors including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Full details about our Total Rewards package will be provided during the recruitment process.
