In this exciting time of scaling our product and innovating the company with best-in-class business applications, we are looking for a Dynamics 365 FinOps Consultant to join our growing team! In this role you will be responsible for administering and providing functional expertise for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. The goal is to support implementation project cycles and provide 1st level support for business users, whilst also playing a major role in creating our future business applications strategy together with the Business Applications team.
What the role involves
- Manage projects within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations portfolio
- Support internal users working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP, payment processors, fixed asset management, inventory management, procure-to-pay, etc.)
- Analyse user needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Organise and manage user training
- Create and maintain solution documentation
- Prepare users and projects for go-live
- Develop simple reports
- Lead communication between internal users and external partners, collaborating with the Business Applications team and other internal departments to implement process improvements
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
- Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and supply chain processes
- Ability to independently develop standards and manage processes
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a true consultant to the business
- Fluency in English
