As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products within our warehouse facility. Location: Los Angeles, CA (on-site) | Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect and verify incoming inventory for quality and quantity.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors to meet operational goals.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is an advantage.
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
