About the role:This role is to oversee the company's procedures before and after hiring new employees, including scheduling new hires’ onboarding, pre-hiring connections, and processing employment documents. To be successful in this role one should be able to help new employees adjust to their work environment while making sure our hiring procedures comply with labor laws and will ensure our hires get a warm welcome and experience smooth onboarding to their new roles.
Expectations/ Requirements
1. Oversee our company's procedures before and after hiring new employees. Onboarding.
2. Responsible for handling onboarding space and activities majorly.
3. Maintain reports & spreadsheets for historical data, and manage email queues.
4. Work closely with Operations for daily, weekly & monthly reports.
5Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with new hires and multiple departments.
6Proven organizational and team management abilities to handle onboarding schedules, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
7Familiarity with HR processes, employment laws, employee lifecycle, and proficiency in onboarding software, HRIS, and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
8. Provide insights on existing data to internal/external stakeholders.
9 . Identify the market/process/queue by team/agent-wise volume variations and alert the respective stakeholders proactively.
10. Process orientation, including strong organizational and prioritization skills.
11. Target driven / team player and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role :
1. 6+ years of experience in HR function Clarity on HRIS.
2. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
3. Good excel and analytical skills to complete daily activities.
4. Excellent Communication and Presentable Skills.
Education: Must be an MBA in HR.
