We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator with Business Analyst experience to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with business stakeholders, driving process improvements, resolving business-critical issues, and leveraging both Salesforce and emerging AI technologies to deliver business value.The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across Europe and Asia, support day-to-day Salesforce operations, manage enhancement requests, troubleshoot production issues, and drive automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst for assigned business functions.
• Manage and resolve day-to-day Salesforce production issues, user queries, and business-critical incidents.
• Handle ad-hoc business requests, urgent enhancements, and system improvements with quick turnaround times.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate fixes for Salesforce bugs and system issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and Salesforce configurations.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, dashboards, reports, security settings, and automations.
• Prioritize and manage multiple requests from business teams while balancing operational support and project delivery.
• Drive business process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Support AI-driven transformation projects and workflow automation programs.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and business leaders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support UAT, release management, deployment coordination, user training, and adoption activities.
• Create and maintain documentation, process flows, and training materials.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong exposure to Business Analysis and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience supporting Salesforce production environments.
• Experience handling support tickets, bug fixes, change requests, and enhancement delivery.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reporting, Security, and Automation.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Ability to prioritize competing business demands and work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
Preferred AI & Automation Skills
• n8n workflow automation.
• Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other Generative AI platforms.
• Prompt engineering and AI-assisted business process automation.
• AI integrations with Salesforce and business applications.
• APIs, webhooks, and low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Identifying and implementing AI use cases to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Experience supporting Sales, Service, Operations, or Customer Success teams.
