Job Description
- Drive brand strength and market share growth for NK products through innovative, effective, and excellent campaign execution.
- Lead integrated campaign development and execution in alignment with Syngenta's GTM strategy to support business ambition across the territory.
- Build and deepen grower engagement through a strong network of communities, field activities, testimonials, and success stories that reinforce brand trust.
- Translate market and competitor insights into proactive campaign recommendations that drive demand creation and commercial impact.
- Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently within budget, with A&P allocated dynamically based on market priorities and business needs.
- Champion continuous improvement in campaign quality by monitoring effectiveness, capturing feedback, and applying learnings to future executions.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute the annual territory campaign plan for Java & Nusa Tenggara in collaboration with Campaign Manager, Product Manager, and Sales team.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness regularly using SmartAgro and other tools; provide timely reports and improvement recommendations.
- Allocate and supervise A&P spending by region and crop, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage external vendors for large-scale events, activations, and merchandising — ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support Commercial business forums.
- Implement in-store merchandising programs and support marketing activations at retail level.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian FC market.
- Persuasive leader with ability to take quick decision.
- Understanding of Syngenta’s New GTM Strategy.
- Thinks outside the box – finds novel solutions. Innovative strategies with high success potential.
- Deep understanding of the key growers customers and ability to map them into different segments and prioritize.
- Solid experience and skills in campaign management.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Additional Information
Willing to travel extensively across Java and Nusa Tenggara.
