Position Responsibilities:

Perform analytical review of lease related balances and provide balance sheet account movements to support cash flow reporting. Manage the period-end close process by ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all owned and sublease accounting entries and reconciliations. Manage key owned and sub-leased life cycle events. Drive projects, provide accounting guidance and often serve as first point of contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues. Ensure effective collaboration and influence across multiple organizations with partner teams and stakeholders.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $108,410/year to $117,100/year.

Basic Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) hands-on experience in analytical review of balance sheet account movements; (2) managing cross-functional financial projects including project design, requirements, and implementation; (3) creating process improvements with automation and analysis; and (4) experience with banking and finance compliance requirements and industry regulations.#0000
