What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the complete product design process from inception to execution, driving the entire journey from demand insight to high-quality implementation, creating intuitive, trustworthy, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences.

Deeply understand business objectives and user needs, collaborating closely with product, development, and marketing teams to translate qualitative and quantitative research into innovative design strategies and solutions.

Independently deliver key design artifacts including user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interaction design, high-fidelity visual mockups, and prototypes, continuously enhancing product experience.

Spearhead the design of growth-oriented products or marketing initiatives to improve user conversion and engagement rates.

Work collaboratively with Design system, UX writing, and brand teams to collectively shape the overall design vision for the business domain.

Collaborate with global teams in a multicultural context, participating in cross-regional projects to ensure consistent and high-quality user experience delivery.

Initiate and participate in design reviews and design thinking workshops, leveraging structured feedback mechanisms to elevate overall design quality.
What We Look For In You
- At least 3 years of experience in consumer facing internet product design, with preference given to those with experience in large platforms, complex systems, or global products.

Strong visual design skills, an eye for aesthetics, with a keen sensitivity to detail, capable of delivering pixel-perfect, high-fidelity design drafts.

Experience designing for growth products, user conversion flows, and user acquisition/retention mechanisms, or having participated in product design for marketing initiatives.

Proficient in user experience design methodologies, with a deep understanding and practical experience in user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.

Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to drive projects to completion while balancing user experience with business goals.

Agile thinker with clear logic and a systematic approach, able to focus on micro-interactions while managing the overall user journey.

Open-minded and highly motivated to grow, with a strong passion for continuous learning and exploring innovative design techniques.

Proficient in both Chinese and English for work communication, with the ability to collaborate with international teams.
Nice to Haves

Preference will be given to candidates with design experience in growth products, marketing campaigns, and financial exchanges.

Proficient in motion design or prototyping skills to bring ideas to life and convey transitions or micro-interactions.

Familiar with design systems and capable of maintaining visual consistency across different platforms.

Exposure to data-driven design—comfortable interpreting user insights, behavioral data, or A/B testing results.

Experience collaborating with distributed teams across time zones—understanding how to maintain consistency and clear communication.

Bachelor’s (BFA) or Master’s (MFA) degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related design discipline.
