Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to Slovak-speaking customers of Booking.com via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, cancellations, modifications, and other travel-related questions.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated with Booking.com’s products, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
- No experience needed, but willingness to learn!
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to relocate and work in Athens, Greece.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
