Del Taco is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team! As a Team Member, you will help create a great guest experience by delivering outstanding customer service, preparing quality food, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Prepare food and beverages according to Del Taco standards
- Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, kitchen, and dining areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with stocking supplies, restocking inventory, and general restaurant upkeep
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast and efficient service during busy periods
- Support opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements
- No experience required — training provided
- Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
