About the Role
Axon speeds up the digital banking journey for all card issuers by bringing an “always ON” digital experience to their customers. Financial Institutions that use Axon, deliver to their customers an unparalleled card management experience, personalized risk controls, digital payments, and actionable insights into their financial spending. Axon is available as an SDK or ready-to-use mobile app that issuers can launch to their customers in a matter of days. Product Managers in Axon have an opportunity to build a zero-to-one product that delivers delightful digital experiences to millions of cardholders across the globe.
Responsibilities

Own one of the core capabilities of Axon: Card Management, Transaction Experience, Spend Insights, Risk Controls, and Developer Experience.

Create and manage the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for your product areas.

Believe in setting ambitious goals, simplifying complexities, and having a bias for action.

Work closely with UX design for product research, design reviews, and developing customer journey maps.

Collaborate with engineering and program management during the technical design and develop the project plan.

Define, track and report the KPIs relevant to your product areas.

Collaborate with internal platform product, engineering, and operations teams to identify and plan dependencies.

Work with sales, business development, and product marketing to prepare and execute the go-to-market plan.
Skills
-
Building modern, cloud-native mobile/web products and interfaces with modern UX/UI patterns

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

An entrepreneurial and first principles thinker

An engineering / technical background that will allow you to reason about product trade-offs and make good choices with minimal inputs from engineers
Experience and Qualifications

2 to 4 years of product management experience, building and shipping B2C or SaaS products.

Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, or Banking is preferred
