Position Overview
As a Job Recruiter at RR Digital, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture by recruiting individuals who align with our values and possess the skills needed to excel in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to fill open positions across all departments
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting to offer and onboarding
- Maintain candidate relationships and build talent pipelines for current and future positions
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

Requirements
Required:
- 2-3+ years of professional recruiting or HR experience (preferably in tech, marketing, or fast-paced environments)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Workable applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting for marketing, digital media, or creative positions
- LinkedIn Recruiter or similar advanced recruiting tool proficiency
- Experience with video interviewing and remote recruitment
- Knowledge of digital marketing or marketing agency operations
