As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work with a diverse outpatient population including orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, vestibular, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions. Your Role:

  • Provide physical therapy treatment interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance training, gait training, and patient education
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Raintree EMR
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team while contributing to a positive and engaging clinic culture

Requirements

  • Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant licensure in the applicable state
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
