Description

About Stableton

Stableton is a globally leading, tech- and data-driven institutional investor in private blue-chip tech companies. We empower institutional investors, private banks, and wealth managers to benefit from the value creation of the world's most valuable private technology companies through our unique index-like portfolios and our institutional co-investment program.

With our disruptive mindset, fast-paced culture, and track record of innovation, we are reshaping private market investing. After seven years of 100%+ annual growth, we are now scaling globally - and we're just getting started. We are licensed by FINMA as a portfolio manager.

About the Role

This is not an executive assistant role. If your instinct on reading this is "I'll manage the calendar and book the flights," please stop here.

We're looking for a right hand to our two Co-Founders (CEO and CFO) in Zurich (60-100%) - someone who runs things. You'll own small projects end to end, keep the office humming, bring energy to the team, and quietly handle the logistics that make a founder's life work - professional and, where it matters, personal. One week, you're organizing a graffiti workshop for the team, partners, and investors. The next time you're sourcing a new coffee machine, planning the summer offsite, or picking up a birthday gift for a co-founder's kid. The common thread: you spot what needs doing, you own it, and you ship it.

To us, every hour you save the founders is an hour they spend on the next growth opportunity - whether that's an investor flight or a family one. Both matter.

We are constantly upgrading how we work - with the latest productivity tools, async communication, and AI woven into everything. We're modern, innovative, and efficient, and we expect the same from the person joining us.

You'll report directly to the Co-Founders and work side by side with them daily. Trust, discretion, and a bias for action are non-negotiable.

Your Responsibilities

Run the office and the culture

  • Own day-to-day office operations, supplies, and the feel of the space
  • Plan and run team activities, offsites, barbecues, birthdays, and the small rituals that make a company feel like one
  • Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Bring ideas - not just execute the ones already on the list

Own projects end-to-end

  • Investor events, workshops, internal launches- scope it, run it, ship it
  • Office improvements and small fix-it projects
  • Anything that doesn't fit neatly into anyone else's job description

Support the Co-Founders

  • Be the interface to internal and external stakeholders, protecting the founders' time and making sure nothing slips
  • Handle personal matters with the same care as business ones - errands, gifts, family logistics, travel, special arrangements

Who You Are

You've worked somewhere where everyone does everything - a startup, a scale-up, a fast-growing team, or something you started yourself

  • You take responsibility and own outcomes rather than waiting for instructions
  • You're creative and resourceful - if something doesn't exist yet, you build it
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity. Your to-do list will never look the same two weeks in a row
  • You bring energy into a room and want others to feel it
  • You handle personal matters with absolute discretion

Who You're Not

  • Someone who needs a fixed job description to feel comfortable
  • Someone whose ideal day is processing inbox zero and color-coding a calendar
  • Someone looking for a large company support role with clear boundaries

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in an agile, fast-paced environment - a fast-growing company, startup, scale-up, or something you built yourself. We care more about how you operate than how many years you've operated.
  • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
  • Based in Zurich, available to work from the office daily (mornings preferred, flexibility possible)
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a hands-on, get-things-done attitude
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
  • Available immediately (flexible start possible)

Benefits

Why You Should Join Us

  • Be part of a high-growth, award-winning fintech reshaping private market investing
  • Work side by side with serial entrepreneurs in a role with real proximity and real trust
  • Operate in a fast-paced, disruptive culture where responsibility comes early
  • Grow personally and professionally as we scale globally
  • Salary range of CHF 80,000–115,000 (100% role), plus benefits
