Spreetail · Nanticoke, Stati Uniti d'America · On-site
- Bureau à Nanticoke
Description
As the leader of our fulfillment strategy, you will hold enterprise-wide accountability for all 7 facilities across the United States. This is a high-stakes, high-visibility role where you will bridge the gap between supply chain vision and floor-level execution. You aren't just managing boxes; you are leading the teams, systems, and safety cultures that power the Spreetail engine from coast to coast. If you thrive on high-velocity e-commerce and have the grit to lead from the front, this is your opportunity to build a world-class fulfillment network.
How will you achieve success:
Champion a Safety-First Culture: Set the asset protection and safety strategy for the entire network. You will hold Site Directors accountable for 100% compliance with OSHA, DOT, and regulatory requirements, ensuring every facility is inspection-ready every day.
Own the Strategic Model: Define the vision and accountability framework for all FC sites, ensuring scalable and consistent execution across the network.
Architect Network Resilience: Build strategic carrier and vendor relationships, creating structural buffers to ensure we deliver for customers even during large-scale disruptions.
Lead the Executive Roadmap: Translate company strategy into actionable FC objectives, serving as the definitive voice for fulfillment alongside SVPs and C-level peers.
Champion Innovation: Drive the adoption and ROI of game-changing initiatives, including robotics, automation, and WMS/LMS upgrades.
Master the P&L: Manage multi-site budgets and resource allocation, optimizing for throughput and cost-per-unit without compromising on customer experience.
Build a Talent Legacy: Architect a high-performing leadership bench, developing Site Directors and functional leaders who can execute independently and grow with the company.
Presence-Driven Culture: Embody Spreetail’s Mantras by being visible at our sites, connecting with frontline teams, and reinforcing a culture of high performance and engagement.
What experiences will help you in this role:
15+ Years of Progressive Leadership: Significant experience in fulfillment, supply chain, or logistics operations, with a primary focus on managing complex, multi-site organizations at scale.
Direct P&L Ownership: A proven track record of owning the P&L for a national fulfillment or distribution network in a high-volume, high-velocity environment (e-commerce, 3PL, or omnichannel retail preferred).
Scale & Leadership Architecture: Experience leading organizations of 500+ associates across multiple facilities; depth in building and mentoring Site Director and GM-level teams.
Technological Mastery: Strong command of fulfillment technology, including WMS, LMS, and robotics/automation; proven ability to lead major technology transitions and make high-stakes CapEx decisions.
Network & Capacity Strategy: Demonstrated ability to design and refine multi-site operating models, including site selection and capacity planning with a 3-year horizon.
Executive Presence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting operational strategy and data-driven insights to C-level and Board-level audiences.
