Your Role:

• Deliver customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed professionally and efficiently.
• Utilize multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers.
• Learn and operate our internal systems to provide accurate and timely support.
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues promptly.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to adapt and learn new technologies suited for remote work.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness and ability to live and work in Greece.
• No prior experience required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
