Team

  • Mentor and train junior team members, supporting their technical development through hands-on guidance and feedback
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and Orbiss's culture of high standards and continuous improvement

Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in tax, with a strong foundation in either International Taxation or Business/Corporate Tax
  • Hands-on experience in a mid-size CPA firm with an international client base — comparable to BDO, Grant Thornton, or similar
  • Solid technical knowledge of U.S. corporate and partnership tax compliance
  • Experience preparing or reviewing international tax forms (5472, 5471, 8865, 8858, 1042-S, FinCEN 114)

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Strong Assets

  • CPA certified or actively working toward CPA designation
  • Experience advising on cross-border structures — inbound and outbound U.S. tax planning
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment with process automation tools

Benefits

  • Real Technical Depth — work on genuinely complex international structures alongside experienced Directors, not just compliance work
  • Career Growth — a clear path to Lead Senior and Manager, supported by structured mentorship and performance development
