What you will do:

  • Handle tickets, following support procedures and policies.
  • Communicate with customers via chat & e-mail, following support procedures and policies.
  • Follow specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution and closure.
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.
  • Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets.
  • Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.
  • Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

You bring

  • Fluent Japanese + good English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
  • Comfort with unexpected changes or last-minute requests
  • Experience in Customer Support or working with Customer is a big plus
  • A positive mindset and interest in building an international career
