Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Support clients in achieving personal goals and developing life skills.
• Facilitate participation in community, social, and recreational activities.
• Document and report on clients' progress and any changes in condition.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in direct care or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.
