We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Support / Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a unique entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn, gain exposure to executive operations, and contribute to a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
This role combines in-office administrative support with off-site tasks and errands, playing a key part in ensuring the CEO’s office operates efficiently by offloading smaller, high-impact responsibilities.
What You'll Do
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant
Assist in managing and prioritizing incoming requests, tasks, and logistics
Run professional and personal errands as needed
Occasionally travel with the CEO to attend events and meetings
Help coordinate meetings, materials, and basic scheduling needs
Maintain organization of documents, supplies, and office systems
Anticipate needs and proactively handle tasks to support executive efficiency
Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests
