QualDerm Partners is seeking a dedicated Dermatology Medical Assistant to join our team in Blaine, MN. Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and compiling detailed medical histories.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring all required instruments and equipment are ready and available.
- Perform basic laboratory testing and handle specimen collection correctly.
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage office communications efficiently.
- Educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and skincare routines.
- Keep examination rooms clean, organized, and stocked with necessary medical supplies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, particularly related to dermatology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and standard office software is beneficial.

Compensation Range: $20.20-$26.11 per hour. Final offer will be based on a combination of skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
