About the Role
Flow is looking for a Property General Manager to lead operations at one of our mixed-use assets, encompassing hotel, multi-family residential and condo. This role is the operational backbone of the community — owning day-to-day performance, compliance, and the resident and guest experience. You'll serve as Flow's internal subject matter expert on condo governance while driving operational excellence across all components of the asset. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a complex, fast-moving environment and takes pride in building systems that scale.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across hotel, multi-family and condo ensuring the asset meets Flow's standards for quality, safety, and hospitality
Serve as the on-site condo expert — owning compliance with bylaws, HOA/board requirements, board elections, and meeting facilitation
Lead property inspections, vendor management, and capital project oversight
Prepare and manage the annual operating budget; monitor financials, drive cost efficiency, and deliver regular reporting to owners and boards
Hire, develop, and lead on-site teams across property management, maintenance and hospitality functions
Coordinate insurance, risk assessments, and emergency response planning
Partner with Revenue Management and Distribution teams to optimize hotel and multi-family performance
Develop and enforce operational procedures that drive consistency across all asset components
Ideal Background
CAM license and 8–10+ years in property management and hospitality
Deep knowledge of condo governance — bylaws, board management, elections, and regulatory compliance
Proven track record managing a complex, mixed-use asset with strong financial results
Hospitality mindset with high service standards across every asset type
Strong financial acumen — comfortable owning budgets, forecasting, and reporting
Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or equivalent)
A calm, decisive leader who handles complexity and competing priorities without losing focus
