Description

As a Journeyman Electrician at Dunns Electrical Construction, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial, and industrial settings. You will work closely with a team to ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will be expected to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.

Key duties include running service truck with apprentice, be responsible for training apprentice, performing on-call duties on a rotating basis, and ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license
• Proven experience in commercial and industrial electrical work
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive service trucks
• Familiarity with electrical tools such as multimeters
• Willingness to take on-call duties, including weekends
• Safety-oriented with experience using personal protective equipment (steel-toed boots, hard hat)
