Position Summary

The Associate Manager, Global Brand Marketing supports the Manager in developing marketing strategies, activation plans, and creative content for collaboration product launches between Reebok and external brand partners. This role will have the opportunity to own select programs within the collaboration team, driving execution from concept through launch.

Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, the Associate Manager plays a key role in delivering integrated campaigns that support Reebok’s broader business objectives and drive shared success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with brand partners and creative agencies to drive creative development from conceptual development, through production and local activation (with guidance from Manager)
  • Manage and oversee content creation (shoots, interviews, etc.) for seasonal initiatives and product drops across all channels including retail, .com, paid media, social and PR
  • Manage marketing project timelines aligned to internal and partner approval schedules, ensuring campaign delivery on time and in full
  • Facilitate key meetings for marketing review (internal creative review, legal, partner reviews, etc)
  • Create and maintain project status documents
  • Lead sample and promo product ordering process
  • Lead Purchase Order and Invoicing processes
  • Work with Product Marketing and Concept to Consumer team (CTC) to truly understand the product’s positioning, distribution and consumer, ultimately helping ensure effective marketing positioning
  • Lead Marketing Pitches for potential partners alongside product counterparts
  • Manage our partners’ brand standards, ensuring all content is on-brand for both Reebok and partner, ensuring consistency across all assets
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions, bringing new ideas and partners to the table that are rooted in consumer insights and industry trend
  • Champion a “digital first” mindset by collaborating with internal Digital Brand Commerce team to ensure seamless digital storytelling that’s optimized for conversion
  • Track and report on campaign performance (sell through, engagement, traffic, etc.)
  • Lead the activation of collaborations in the US market via influencer seeding, event activations, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience working on integrated marketing campaign tactics including digital, public relations, influencer marketing and retail point-of-sale
  • Team player with the ability to partner with internal colleagues, external brand partners, and external agencies/vendors
  • Creative thinker; always on the lookout for the next opportunity
  • Strong understanding of youth culture, fashion/footwear, and the collaboration landscape.
  • Self-starter; able to take direction, but confident in own decision-making and ability to manage projects autonomously
  • Outstanding organizational skills; the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time
  • Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written – with a passion for storytelling
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations and influence within a highly matrixed organization
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 Years experience in Brand Marketing
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be willing to travel (domestic and international) 20%

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $100,000, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications. Total compensation may also include a discretionary company performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefit options, as well as employee product discounts.
