Description
We’re looking for a Maintenance Associate to help keep our facility clean, organized, and running smoothly. In this role, you’ll take care of our warehouse, office spaces, outdoor areas, and production equipment, making sure everything is safe, clean, and in great shape for the team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Removes all refuse from offices, restrooms, break rooms, and the building daily, ensuring trash cans are empty and clean.
- Collects recycling and waste around the warehouse and disposes of it in waste containers. Use of garbage and corrugated compactors is required.
- Ensures that all aspects of restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Sweeps, mops, and wet-washes floors regularly.
- Vacuums, spot cleans, or shampoos carpets as assigned.
- Washes sinks and other plumbing fixtures and replaces disposables such as paper towels and soap.
- Cleans windows and door frames.
- Cleans office items and Venetian blinds/drapes as needed.
- Uses floor machines, automatic scrubbers, wall-washing equipment, and waste-collecting equipment when necessary.
- Follows cleaning and disinfecting procedures to ensure the health and safety of facility personnel.
- Assists other personnel as required to support the completion of their work activities (e.g., janitorial tasks, loading and/or unloading containers, and relocation of goods).
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six (6) months of custodial experience is preferred
- Work regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs; occasionally, with team support, lift and/or move objects greater than 30 lbs.
- Significant carrying, pushing, pulling, and bending
- Work overtime as assigned

The expected hourly rate for this position is $17.92- $18.92
