Creed Medical is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide exceptional support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and enhance their overall quality of life. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you will implement individualized care plans and facilitate community integration. Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks.
• Support clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.
• Encourage participation in community activities to foster social inclusion.
• Document care provided and report changes in client behavior or health.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
