Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Support clients in achieving their goals and developing new skills.
• Encourage social and community involvement.
• Document and report changes in client behavior or health.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
