The role
This is a Partnership Manager role with end-to-end ownership.
You manage your portfolio companies, supporting their go-to-market and business development activities, and shaping how solutions are positioned and introduced into telecom markets internationally.
The role involves direct collaboration with founders and C-level stakeholders of tech companies, as well as engagement with MMV’s network of senior executives to develop commercial opportunities.
It offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of new technologies, with the expectation to quickly build understanding and translate it into real business impact.
Core responsibilities
- Own selected portfolio companies as main point of contact and “face of MMV”
- Lead onboarding to MMV portfolio: build internal understanding of the solution, and ensure readiness for commercial activities
- Sharpen value propositions, use cases, and positioning for telco and ICT customers
- Translate those into C-level materials and sales assets: executive decks, one-pagers, and supporting visuals
- Identify target accounts for each portfolio company
- Structure and maintain a prioritized pipeline per portfolio company
- Align internal teams, Match-Makers, and portfolio companies for customer interactions
- Track and steer partnership KPIs
- Drive AI adoption in day-to-day work and beyond: identify improvement areas, test and apply new tools, and contribute to building MMV’s AI-native way of working while continuously increasing applied AI capabilities
Requirements
Must-have
- 1–2 years of experience in project management, consulting, or similar roles
- Strong ability to structure, prioritize, and execute work with accuracy
- International mindset based on exposure to different markets or environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, Canva (or similar), and familiarity with AI tools for content and visual creation
- Fluency in English
Strong plus
- Experience with B2B tech, telecom, or SaaS environments
- Experience in sales or business development
- German and/or other languages (Spanish, French, Italian specifically)

Compensation
€45,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
