We are looking for a Brand Manager/Growth Operator to submerge themselves in a hands-on, execution role to own and scale Ice Barrel’s growth engine. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through agency management, identifying the highest-leverage opportunities across the funnel, and ensuring strong performance across paid media, email, social, influencer, Amazon, and content. This role requires someone who can move quickly, think strategically, and take ownership of the brand’s execution, making confident decisions around spend, performance, and channel optimization. Responsibilities:
Revenue & Growth Accountability
- Own top-line revenue growth with clear accountability to annual and quarterly targets
- Identify and execute on the highest-leverage growth opportunities: funnel optimization, offer strategy, landing page performance, and channel expansion
- Drive creative testing velocity and continuous performance improvement across campaigns
- Translate business goals into clear execution plans and KPIs
Agency Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Power Digital (our full-service agency partner)
- Establish and run a weekly performance cadence with the agency: CAC, MER, ROAS, conversion rate, revenue
- Review performance data, approve creative, and resolve operational blockers
Creative & Brand Voice
- Review and approve all creative assets (ads, email, social, landing pages) before they go live
- Own the brand voice and ensure consistency across every channel and touchpoint
- Own and uphold the Ice Barrel brand voice, ensuring consistency across all creative and messaging
Content & Social Media
- Own the social media content calendar and community engagement
- Coordinate product photography and videography shoots
- Maintain a steady pipeline of content that aligns with the brand identity and campaign calendar
Email & SMS
- Work with Power Digital on Klaviyo flows, campaign scheduling, segmentation, and A/B testing
- Approve all email and SMS creative before deployment
- Monitor email performance and flag issues or opportunities
Customer Experience Liaison
- Run weekly check-ins with CX and fulfillment teams
- Track customer complaints, returns, and shipping issues
- Oversee day-to-day alignment and communication with the Customer Experience team
Influencer & Affiliate
- Support and manage day-to-day relationships with influencer and affiliate partners, while collaborating with leadership on larger strategic partnerships.
- Handle content approvals, tracking, and relationship maintenance
Reporting & Dashboards
- Compile the weekly marketing dashboard for leadership review
- Pull and organize data from Power Digital, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Amazon
- Prepare inputs for the monthly P&L review and quarterly business reviews
Vendor & Tool Coordination
- Manage tool subscriptions, freelancer relationships, and operational vendor communication
- Coordinate with IT on platform access, integrations, and tool provisioning
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DTC ecommerce marketing (not B2B, not traditional retail)
- Proven experience scaling a DTC or ecommerce brand
- Deep understanding of paid media, funnels, and performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion rate)
- Has worked directly with a marketing agency or managed an agency relationship and held them accountable to results
- Strong operator mindset: comfortable owning outcomes and making decisive calls
- Deep familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
- Strong creative eye with the ability to review and approve ads, email designs, and social content
- Experience managing a content calendar and social media presence for a consumer brand
- Data-driven, decisive, and able to move quickly with imperfect information
- Excellent written communication skills
