The Lead Generation Specialist at Pj Fitzpatrick will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events that effectively promote our brand and enhance customer engagement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to organize trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and other promotional events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage event marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and on-site management.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling event materials and presentations.
• Track and analyze event performance metrics to measure success and ROI.
• Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure successful execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event marketing or related roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
