Strategic Account Executive presso Valentius LLC
Valentius LLC · New York, Stati Uniti d'America · Remote
Description
Valentius Management Services Organization (MSO) provides a proprietary, automated infrastructure—the Clinical Backbone—that empowers NYC Doula Hubs to capture revenue from the evolving NYS Medicaid reimbursement landscape. As new regulations and Social Care Networks (SCNs) make billing increasingly complex, our "Plug-and-Play" system removes the administrative burden, allowing Hubs to focus on maternal health equity while ensuring they are paid for their vital work.
We are not selling software; we are licensing a high-level infrastructure system for data housing and revenue recovery.
The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber "hunter" and strategic closer to partner with Doula Groups and Hubs across the five boroughs. You will engage directly with Executive Directors and Program Managers, presenting a solution that automates their onboarding and encounter management.
Our internal lead-generation team will provide you with pre-vetted leads, allowing you to focus on navigating the high-level decision-making process and securing multi-year licensing agreements.
Why This Role is Unique
- Infrastructure Licensing: Sell a robust system that handles all onboarding and ongoing billing automatically once a Hub signs on.
- Scalable Residual Income: Build a "business within a business." Earn a fixed percentage of monthly fees for the entire life of each contract you secure.
- Market Timing: Capitalize on the immediate need for Doula Hubs to align with NYS Medicaid reimbursement rates and the 1115 Waiver rollout.
- Unlimited Potential: Our automated system means there is no cap on the number of partnerships you can manage and grow.
Why Work With Us:
Work at Valentius if you want to be at the intersection of healthcare innovation and social justice. We don’t just give advice; we build the systems that keep community-based healthcare alive. You’ll be joining a team that values high-level strategic logic, rewards a 'Future Self' growth mindset, and is dedicated to creating a $100M+ impact on maternal health through sustainable business architecture."
Requirements
- Proven Closer: 3+ years of success in 1099 Medical Sales or B2B Healthcare Business Development.

- Executive Presence: Ability to command a room of C-suite or Non-Profit leaders and simplify complex technical/billing concepts.
- Independent Operator: Highly motivated to manage a high-value sales pipeline autonomously.
- Local Connectivity: Deep knowledge of (or existing relationships within) the NYC healthcare and community-based organization (CBO) ecosystem is a significant advantage.
