Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or COTA | Part-Time / PRN | Outpatient | Lubbock, Texas

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will provide meaningful, play-based therapy while building strong relationships with children and families in a supportive, team-driven environment.
Our clinicians serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, neurological conditions, and genetic disorders. We focus on helping children improve fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care abilities, and independence through individualized, evidence-based care.
Your Role:
For Occupational Therapists (OT):
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
- Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and self-regulation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, SLP, etc.)
For COTAs:
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of an OT
- Provide hands-on, play-based therapy interventions
- Support development of fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
- Communicate progress and updates to supervising OT
For Both Roles:
- Document care accurately in Raintree EMR
- Partner with families and caregivers to support carryover at home
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment
Requirements
OT:
- Degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active state OT license (or eligibility)
COTA:
- Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OTA program
- Active state COTA license (or eligibility)
Both:
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Passion for pediatric therapy
