Position: Project Crew Specialist / Floor Maintenance Technician
Start Immediately: There’s no need to delay! We are looking for committed individuals who are ready to begin right away. If you have no prior experience, that’s perfectly fine; we offer on-the-job training to help you succeed.
Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Regular use of medium to heavy equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaner, auto floor scrubbers and other hands on equipment.
- Tile and Grout cleaning
- Performing deep clean services
- Stripping & Refinishing VCT floors to rid of damaged floor finish and reapply
- Keeping supplies and equipment organized and well stocked.
- Maintaining cleanliness of company vehicles
- Commercial window cleaning
- Post-construction clean up
- Pressure washing
Flexible Shifts:
We offer a variety of morning and evening shifts to suit your schedule.
Competitive Compensation:
- Hourly Wage: Starting at $18.00 per hour, ranging between $18.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on your location and experience. Your hard work deserves recognition!
