Position Summary

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Data Processing Specialist (High Volume Entry) to efficiently input large volumes of data, maintain records, and support reporting activities. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, accurate, and able to meet tight deadlines.

This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Accounts Processing

  • Input and process high volumes of data accurately.
  • Verify data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Assist in preparing data reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with data handling and internal policies.
  • Support audits and validation processes.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Collaborate with data management, finance, and operations teams.
  • Ensure data procedures align with company policies and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data entry or high-volume processing roles.
  • Proficiency in database systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in government contracting or defense-related data processing.
  • Familiarity with database management and reporting tools.
